Short, fair, and in plain English. You agree to these when you book.
Retainer & payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, before shooting begins. Georgia sales tax applies.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Reschedules requested within 48 hours of the session are at the studio's discretion, and the retainer applies to the new date only if approved.
Cancellation & refunds
Retainers are non-refundable. If you cancel with 48+ hours' notice, your retainer may be applied as credit toward a future session within 90 days. If ATO Productions must cancel (emergency, equipment failure, weather for outdoor sessions), you choose a full refund of everything paid or priority rebooking.
Late arrival
Sessions end at the scheduled time. Arrivals 20+ minutes late forfeit the session and retainer.
Image delivery
Proofing gallery within 72 hours for selection-based packages; final edited gallery within 7 days of selection (or of the session for fixed-count packages). Rush 48-hour delivery available as an add-on.
Retouching
Included: skin cleanup, blemish and stray-hair removal, color and exposure refinement. Not included: body reshaping, compositing, or extreme alterations (quoted separately).
Image rights
You receive a personal-use print release. ATO Productions retains copyright and may use images for portfolio and marketing; a usage opt-out is available on written request before the session.
RAW files
RAW files are never delivered.
Gallery archive
Galleries are archived for 90 days after delivery; download promptly.
